Bill Golden, Executive Director of the National Institute for Coastal and Harbor Infrastructure is an energetic speaker with 35 years of experience focused on environmental law, business and energy projects and policies.  He has served as an advisor in every branch of government from City Hall to the White House, and is a former Massachusetts state senator.

Bill spoke to a crowded C-Change Conversations gathering at the Watershed Center in October about rising sea levels, extreme storms, and whether these are a threat to our national security and economy, or an opportunity for economic and community development, or both.   Many audience members stayed late to talk further with this engaging speaker.
